ANNOUNCEMENT

(Effective November 1^st, 2005)

This is to advise you that the Illinois Housing Development Authority has released approximately 10 million dollars of statewide I-Loan Certificate (MCC) funds. These funds represent targeted area set-asides from our previous statewide program. The rules and guidelines for this release are the same as our previous statewide program.

Additionally, the Authority has filed an election with the IRS for additional 40 million in statewide certificate funds. We anticipate that this new program will start in February 2006.
